"Sleeping Dragon Chest"~ is such a magically beautiful chest! This antique chest was acquired as it needed some serious repair. A lot of work went into this beauty to keep as much of the original craftsmanship intact. Once I had a fully intact piece again, the fun began. As I was able to keep much of the antique pressed brass sheeting, it was embellished with gilded waxes to allow the true beauty to come through. Additions of filigree, metal pieces, wood pieces, pearl teardrops, and art stones were added before deciding to go all out and add a reticulated dragon (that simply sleeps atop, with his tail wrapped around and down the back of the magnificent piece! The lines of this piece, matched with its intricate design, make it a total show-stopper!

"Shoe Fetish"~ is one heck of a statement piece! This masterpiece is meant to be the center of attention wherever it is hung! "Shoe Fetish" is a gorgeous wall art piece created with a layered framework where a mirror is a base. The mirror has been distressed and crackled, giving a unique look that is quite striking! To create the illusion of this stunning piece, a wooden shoe form was completely re-imagined with multiple mediums, such as decoupage with vintage rice paper, ink shading (by hand), acrylics, embossing powders, and more. A unique heel, a crystal ball drawer pull, has been added. Additional adornments of ribbon, feathers, and disassembled jewelry add to this beauty's extremely classy yet eclectic look. The frame has been done in layers of acrylics, embossing powders, stains, and beautiful gilded waxes.

"Wasting Time"~ is one heck of a wall art piece! I wanted to use some of my disassembled clock parts and incorporate them with as much depth and texture as possible. By adding decoupage, plaster, distress glazes, acrylics, embossing and mica powders, gilded waxes, and more, this one came out simply gorgeous! There is color, movement, texture, and so much to look at that every time you stare at it, you will find something new that will draw you in! This unique beauty was created on a large bamboo palette with disassembled clock parts, layered wooden cogs and wheels, filigree, wooden brackets, and so much more! The perfect gift for the person who loves wasting time staring at a clock, is into steampunk or is just eclectic in their decor! This piece is ready to hang and gives a unique look and feel no one else will have!

"Yes, Please"~ is the perfect pairing for a beautiful gift set! The Tissue Box holder and Glass pump dispenser were created to accent each other as they are gorgeously displayed together or separately! Many different mediums were used on both pieces, including clay moldings, filigree, art stones, metal adornments, and more. Multiple layers of colors have an under-tone of green and are accented by pearlescent art stones, golds, and coppers. There is a definite multi-dimensional look and feel to each piece.
This is a unique set for me, as they do "match" one another, yet each side of each piece is different from the next. The art on these pieces was done in a free-flowing creative style. Keeping with the many mediums and whimsical feel yet giving this set a rich and classy look. The tissue box cover is wood with a slide-out bottom, so your tissue box isn't dropped when moved! The Dispenser can hold anything from hand sanitizer to lotion with a simple pump on the lever! This is the perfect addition to beautify your home or office and talk about an amazing gift!

"Eclectic Memories"~ is a very ornate piece of art that is as functional as it is beautiful! This is not the keepsake box you want to hide under a bed. This beauty screams to be put out front and center for everyone to admire. The colors and textures as well as the layers of depth are incredibly striking! So many mediums went into creating this. This one took over a month to make its debut, as so many intricate layers were done to achieve this elaborate keepsake. The embellishments began with pressed metal lacing, metal studs, beautiful hardware, wood, metals, art stones, chipboard, and more. Achieving rich colors and textures took many different mediums. Acrylics, stains, inks, embossing and mica powders, plaster, hand molded clays, expanding texture mousse, glazing, gilded waxes, and more were used, and then dura clear coated to last. This one-of-a-kind beauty makes for the perfect gift for that special someone or yourself!

"The Knotty Lamp"~ is a different aspect of an industrialized lamp. With wrought iron knots arranged over a wooden base that has been embellished to give the illusion of a diamond plated, wrapped in a chain. The base of the next level of the lamp was embellished to give several different textures and continued with a diamond plate appearance which was also embellished with studs. The lamp's body has sleek lines that also have several mediums that were used to give the look of metal and wood (depending on the angle at which you look at it). The base of the neck of the lamp has several large Cogwheels /Gears that have been situated and embellished (even inside and between the gears) to give the illusion of a mechanical mechanism at work. A beautiful 20w Edison bulb is surrounded by a bulb cage, giving this bad boy a further industrial appearance. Quite a unique lamp that is perfect to sit just about anywhere that you might want to give a more industrial yet classy look. While giving off enough light to illuminate any working area or even accent lighting, this lamp will add to the ambiance but hold its own as it lights up the room! This piece may look simple, but it took weeks to get right! Photographing was even more of a challenge, so excuse the shadows thrown all over due to the cage and the black box used for the photos. The photos do not do this one justice!

"Tattered Wings"~ is a very unique and functional art piece! You see the many different shades of colors that appear almost iridescent in layers through the intricate textures. This is a wooden beveled-out box that has beautiful hardware that is matched with hand-molded clay adornments. A beautiful blue bird is sitting atop, crouched down and tattered. The inside is done simply in a black satin finish. Done in multiple mediums to include plaster, texture pastes, mica and embossing powders, clay, gilded waxes, acrylics, stains, inks, and more. A perfect gift for yourself or that special someone in your life!

"Clock Me"~ is a Steampunk Clock parts trinket box that will amaze any steampunk or clock enthusiast! This wooden box has been transformed with disassembled clock parts, embellishments, wooden gears, chains, cabochons, a real metal tag from The Holtzer Cabo Electric Company out of Chicago, and so much more, and I even managed to incorporate a locker spin dial on this one!

Texture pastes, inks, gilded waxes, acrylics, mica powders, and more created amazing textures through this beauty!

"All Cogged Up"~ is an intricately designed Steampunk Box! The piece has many layers to give a rugged feeling with the many textures and layers of colors and adornments. There are multiple layers of wooden Cogs, metal adornments, filigree pieces, and chains; In a beautiful cabinet pull with a cabochon, you can see the antique look of a clock (to easily open the box). This piece came out quite beautiful inside and out. Once you open the box, you will find more cogs and wheels with a unique spin combination top in the middle. You will notice the many layers of mediums used to create a one-of-a-kind texture throughout this piece. The unique colors and feel came from the beauty that is mixed media as everything from plaster, texture mediums, inks, shimmer sprays, gilded waxes, acrylics, and more. The perfect gift for that Steampunk enthusiast!

I wanted an organic feel to it, as if you stepped right into the viper's habitat! It is incredibly realistic and has amazing detail intricately done in layers giving it a 2-dimensional and even a 3-dimensional look. The colors and depth of this piece came out simply striking, no pun intended! "Break Time "~is a unique twist on an altered clock frame art piece! Almost all parts of this clock came from other disassembled clock parts! This piece is meant to be whimsical and fun! Created with the idea of a clock that has just burst open after overuse, I wanted to provide you with a tangible way to tell the time, thus the classic pocket watch that sits precariously atop! This piece was so fun to make and took so many hours that I lost count! From disassembling different clocks and watches to creating this beauty, it gives you so many colors and textures that you will find new things to enjoy every time you look at it!
